ON AGENDA ITEMS John David St. John had comments regarding the agenda. Jack Weber stated that he protests the amount of time allotted to Mr. St. John because he was not speaking on specific agenda items. Resolution On a motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter,
the Board adopted Resolution No. 2007-2-1 Deer Run Subdivision Road
Dedication. The vote was unanimous. Resolution No.
2007-2-2 Agricultural Security Area Addition of McCleary Property UPI Nos.
71-2-93 & 71-2-98 On a motion made by Dale Lauver, seconded by Gerry Porter, the Board adopted Resolution No. 2007-2-2 Agricultural Security Area Addition of McCleary Property UPI Numbers 71-2-93 and 71-2-98 to the New London Township Agricultural Security Area. The vote was unanimous. NEW BUSINESS No new business. OLD BUSINESS Dale asked if the tree issue regarding the Crossan
property on The Board gave approval for a check in the amount of $100.00 to Chester County Association of Township Officials for Trish Fagan and Bob Barto to attend the spring convention. Gerry Porter reported that Verizon has agreed to provide
public access channels but will not provide a grant to fund an AM radio
