ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS

Zoning Hearing Board – Appointment of Mike Vannelli

On a motion made by Dale Lauver, seconded by Bob Barto, the Board appointed Mike Vannelli to serve as an alternate on the Zoning Hearing Board.

Lester Property Pond

Dale Lauver reported that water from the pond on the Lester property is eroding the bank and is crossing the road.  Jack Arrell stated that this is undermining the township’s infrastructure for handling stormwater.  Jack also stated that drainpipe work on Creek Road at the Chester Water Authority site should take place simultaneously in order to solve the entire problem.  Ron Ragan and Trish Fagan will review the pond issue.  Ron will also check with the Conservation District to see if grants are available.

Act 247 Review

The Board agreed that the proposed Ordinance Amendment package be forwarded to the Chester County Planning Commission for the Act 247 review.
